A. It will usually take 7-10 business days for most orders to arrive. Shipping timelines vary for each product depending on the ready availability and shipping location.Incase of any unreasonable time delay from our end we will keep you well informed.

A. You can be absolutely sure that all purchases you make with us here are safe and secure & We do not give away our customers information of any kind to a third party. Emails are strictly for the coordinations, follow-ups if Incase the necessity arises and to send newsletters of our new launches , promotions and to avail discounts coupons.

As a policy, we do not offer Returns or Refunds on products which are delivered in perfect condition as per the order placed. We accept exchange or refund of our products only if Incase the selected product by you is wrongfully delivered with a different product by us.
OR if the product has been damaged during transit from our end.
Please note as the products are throughly handcrafted by local artisans, they may have slight irregularities in uniform paint colors, carving, moulding, texture, polish, finish throughout.
We will not entertain any refunds or exchanges on account of the above mentioned as these add character & uniqueness to all handmade products and cannot be considered as a defected product.
Request for replacement or refund of the received damaged product should be reported through mail or WhatsApp and brought to our notice within 48 hours of receiving the product with a mandatory UNBOXING- UNEDITED VIDEO & IMAGES with a clear explanation which our team will review the eligibility for exchange and revert with a solution within 15 Business Days Email ID: help@dravidiansoul.com or WhatsApp to : +91 77955 02625 (between 12:00 PM to 6:00 PM IST).
We reserve the right to deny returns of damaged/defective or mismatched products if the complaint is found to be frivolous or baseless.
Replacement will be offered only if the same product is available in the inventory otherwise a refund will be processed when we receive the damaged product back to us in its original condition which should be unused, unwashed, undamaged and should have all their original packaging and tags intact. If these criteria are not met, your request for a refund may be rejected.
Kindly note We do not have an exchange policy for International orders.
Post the above mentioned timeline, Returns & Refunds will not be accepted or entertained.
Products purchased in Sale duration cannot be returned or refunded or exchanged .

We accept Credit cards, Debit cards, Net Banking, Wallets & UPI Transfer from the Website. You can also do Direct Bank transfer or Paypal by reaching out to us on our email or WhatsApp number (if you are an international customer).

Sorry, unfortunately we don't have COD method of payment currently.
