Shipping Policy

Domestic Shipping

The items in stock are generally shipped within 3 working days after receiving the payment. Customised orders and bulk orders shall be processed based on mutually agreed timelines of each particular product.

For orders shipping is calculated at the time of check-out based on the weight, dimesion and the destination of the goods.

A confirmation email along with SMS with the tracking details is sent upon dispatching the order, the same could be used to track the order.

Orders can be shipped to only one address. To ship to multiple addresses, you will need to place a separate order for each address.

If you fail to receive an item shipped to you on account of providing inadequate or inaccurate shipping address or your non-availability at the address provided, the transaction will be cancelled and the item will be returned to the Company after which the shipping has to be re booked n charges to be borne by the buyer again.

International Orders & Shipping

For international orders & shipping do reach out to us over email or WhatsApp, we will be glad to assist you with your order. International orders are usually delivered within 10-15 business days upon dispatch. All the orders are dispatched from India.

Duty Charges

Customers ordering from outside India; might be required to pay customs/import duty as per their country’s local laws and regulations. Since, these charges are usually levied when the order reaches the delivery port, we have no control over these charges. Custom policies vary widely from country to country; therefore you are advised to check the latest applicable local requirements in your country before placing an order in case you have any questions.
